This is a list of all the Countries that have competed in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in order of the average number of votes received per country able to vote for them. For the purposes of this list the entrant for Serbia and Montenegro has been counted with Serbia
As there are a different number of countries competing each year, and the 2004 JESC had the most competitors, a fairer way to compare the scores between different competitions is to average the scores by the number of countries who could vote for an act.
Since the 2005 Junior Eurovision Song Contest all contestants have received 12 points before voting began. Therefore, these calculations have been made using only the actual number of points given by other countries (not including the "12 points for all").
